Eligibility requirements
- Timeframe : Returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment .
- Product Condition : Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags .
- Exceptions : For hygiene reasons, certain items (underwear, swimwear without hygienic protection) cannot be returned.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
How to make an exchange?
- Check that your item is eligible for return.
- Contact our customer service to receive a prepaid return label .
- Drop off your package within 15 days .
- Once received, we will ship your new item at no additional cost.
Incorrect addresses or unclaimed orders
Packages returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be refunded as store credit . Please ensure your information is correct and track your shipment using the link provided.
